Motherhood is HARD.

And for some reason we’re not allowed to talk about it.

Society tells us to focus on the magic of our little ones and to never complain about how tough it can be.

Just another example of how society encourages us to always be positive, grateful and focus on the good…while ignoring and shoving away the real life difficulties that also deserve to be heard and honoured.

It’s no wonder most mothers are reaching for sugar and other coping mechanisms to get through the day and to deal with all the emotions that aren’t being validated!

So in today’s episode I’m opening up about my own challenges in motherhood so far and how I’m using these as opportunities for growth and healing along the way.
