Timelines matter! Most people associate the phrase, location, location, location with real estate, well in today's podcast I will stress the importance of timelines, timelines, timelines! Whether it is an inspection timeline, a financing timeline, or closing timeline, timelines matter and are one of the most, if not the most, important aspect of a real estate transaction. If you miss a timeline you could lose thousands, and sometimes tens of thousands of dollars, or you could end up buying a property that you are less than satisfied with. The important thing to remember is that when buying and selling real estate, timelines matter, so you better read that contract and work with experienced professionals who can guide you in not falling short of any timelines.
