How do you manifest away negative habits when it’s the negative habits that keep you from manifesting?

For example, you struggle with being consistent and in order to overcome that you ‘should’ consistently confirm the opposite. But herein lies the problem: being consistent in something to overcome your problem with being consistent 😅
