To Jeff, what hurts the most is Harris’ horrible treatment of Blacks in California when she was the San Francisco DA and the state’s Attorney General: Blacks make up 6% of the population in California and Harris ensured that the prison population was 29% Black, including mothers whose children were truant from school and non-violent marijuana defendants. That Blacks can forgive her for this treatment is both stupefying and sad.
