On this episode of the BIT Tech Talk podcast, Greg sits down with Maliya Baxter, founder of Sister Scripters, an organization focused on amplifying Black women’s voices in technology, encourages the participation of other Black girls to join tech, supports Black women’s goals and educates Black women on the career readiness skills needed to land jobs and internships in various tech environments.
Maliya has a Bachelors in Computer Software engineering and is planning to turn Sister Scripters into a non profit organization and expanding to other Universities across the nation.
