Every successful career has a price tag attached. Nigel Fitzgerald discusses the impact that long hours have had, both positive and negative, on his work and personal life. He is the first to acknowledge that he is no martyr and chose that path even to the extent of declining to be the best man at a close friend's wedding by prioritising work commitments. He said, "I wouldn't deem it a work priority today. I'd be at the wedding!"
