John Bianchi is the founder of Point Analytics, a leading Airbnb Data Consult Company as well as the Head of Data for Techvestor, a STR Investment fund. John has been part of analyzing close to 100 purchases with Techvestor who owns some of the top performing properties around the country. John teaches us how to deep dive into the data to determine what causes one property to significantly outperform a similar asset, as well as what amenities are worth investing in and the ones that are a waste of money. John just launched his own data platform called Point Analytics which allows an investor to look at an entire market into one easy to read spreadsheet.
