The Woke Judiciary in Israel and the US are both trying to rule their respective countries. In the US this a definite breech of the Constitutional principles concerning the seperation of powers. The Courts are not suppose to rule - this is the job of the Executive Branch while the Legislative Branch makes the laws of the land. The Courts can rule on the legality of the law if appropriate but they are not independent from the other branches of government. Unfortunately, it's worse in Israel where there is no Constitution.
