Phil DeMuth, Ph.D., discusses being a tax-smart donor by strategizing your charitable giving in a way that maximizes both your philanthropic impact and your potential tax benefits. Phil is a Managing Director at Conservative Wealth Management, LLC, and the author of ten personal finance books, most co-authored with his pal, economist Ben Stein. He has also written for numerous media publications and industry journals. He has appeared on various TV shows, including CNBC's Worldwide Exchange, On the Money, Squawk Box, and Closing Bell, as well as Fox & Friends, Wall Street Week, and Consuelo Mack WealthTrack.

Rick Ferri, CFA, a long-time Boglehead and investment adviser, hosts the Bogleheads on Investing podcast. The Bogleheads are a group of like-minded individual investors who follow the general investment and business beliefs of John C. Bogle, founder and former CEO of the Vanguard Group. It is a conflict-free community where individual investors reach out and provide education, assistance, and relevant information to other investors of all experience levels at no cost.
