Today's topic is one that doesn't necessarily affect me personally, but I know that so many of my students are introverts and have asked me questions specific to this! Marketing for introverts is something that comes up quite a bit when I'm doing videos or mentoring sessions. While I do have some introverted tendencies, I would typically consider myself to be an extrovert. Being around people feels natural to me, unless they're relying on small talk, in which case I will go and hide. I have seen a tendency to lean towards a stereotype when it comes to introvert and extrovert though, and one of my coaches helped me clarify: this classification of someone's personality is based on how they RECHARGE. If you've had a really rough day, and you just need to recharge some energy and refresh yourself, do you prefer to be alone, or with others? Introverts will retreat into themselves after a hard day, that is how they recharge. Being an introvert doesn't necessarily mean that someone is SHY though. In this episode we are going to talk all about marketing for introverts but ultimately it always comes down to marketing in a way that feels good for YOU. Because that's what being in business is, right - you're the boss, you make the rules. You get to choose the strategies that work best for you and your business, and when you do that, marketing for introverts AND extroverts doesn't have to be overwhelming or draining. I can't wait for you to hear more!
