Since our last visit, she was super busy getting promoted to the Administrative Director at the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine AND becoming a Certified Culinary Medicine Specialist. Sarah, you’ve been busy, girl!

And, she shared so much of her knowledge with us. These are the questions YOU have been asking so Sarah was here to answer. Here are just a few we talked about:

  • Can mushrooms help decrease memory loss and dementia?
  • What is inflammation and what foods do we need to eat to reduce it?
