Firstly, I hope you are healthy. Secondly, I hope your loved ones are healthy. Lastly, isn’t this just insane?!

Because we are in an unprecedented time and the first pandemic for ALL of us, I wanted to invite on this episode one of our BCC campers who is also on the front lines of this battle. She is a doctor who agreed to spend some time with us answering our questions and bringing us some reassurance on how we can win this war.

Here are a few of the questions she addressed:

• What are the symptoms of the COVID-19 virus? • How do I know if I have the virus or if it is just allergies? • What are steps I can take to protect myself and my family? • Can my children play outside with the neighbors if we have all been quarantined?

Thank you, Doctor for spending time educating us on how we can stay healthy. Thank you for taking care of us when we are ill. And, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for showing up every day to fight this battle for us.
