Pushed through the lens of the Arizona Monster 300 and the problematic PR around it, Wolfie concludes that trail running is supposed to be messy. These events are hard to put on.
We all forget that Cocodona was not perfect in year one.
Actual runners who are paying the fees don't care much about the controversy and good for them. These events are ultimately about the runners and not the peanut gallery anyways.
The success of events should be measured by runner satisfaction.
