This is the second Podcast of Both Sides Of The Medication Cart. We, the directors, Bill and Kate Rodgers, each have 35 years’ experience working in theatre as actors, directors, writers, facilitators and mental health advocates. Together we have performed in 29 countries; promoting good mental health through theatre. For the past 5 years we have worked with people in our local Lincolnshire community here in the UK; all of whom have lived experience of mental illness and the everyday challenges they face.
This episodes talks about mental health can just happening without you knowing. It is not selective and can happen to anyone.
