'If you don't think you have time to meditate, you need to meditate', is a quote I heard way before I started meditating regularly, and one I've always remembered. In this solo episode, I focus is on the whole meditation thing, breaking down its perks backed by science, my own experiences and those of my coaching clients, while also tackling the hurdles you, yourself might face. I stress the importance of just being there, in the moment, and not expecting too much. It can begin with short moments of stillness, literally seconds, and become it part of your everyday rituals. It gets personal too, sharing how meditation isn't just about getting organised but also about letting go and simplifying things to find your zen, which is where I began.
