The history of the cannabis industry is riddled with many changes, however there is a shift in perspective about the cannabis industry. In this episode, our host Nathaniel Chapman speaks to the President at Cann Strategy & Co-Founder at Leafsheets.com, Juliana Whitney about how Leafsheets.com is helping businesses navigate the ever-changing landscape of the cannabis industry.
Juliana Whitney, MBA, specializes in new venture creation and development and has been focused on the cannabis industry since 2015. She started out as a patient coordinator at the first dispensary in Las Vegas, Nevada, went on to start a cannabis business strategy consulting firm called Cann Strategy, and since 2017 has consulted with various operators and investor groups to start and operate cannabis dispensaries, cultivation facilities and production facilities. Through Cann Strategy, Juliana has secured cannabis business licenses for clients in some of the most competitive markets in the U.S. – including Illinois, Nevada and Ohio.
Along with a co-founder, Juliana recently launched leafsheets.com, a platform developed to simplify cannabis entrepreneurship and lower the barriers to entry and success by providing vital resources and insider information for starting and operating cannabis businesses — Leafsheets gives entrepreneurs access to the things that the big shots have, but without the big shot price tag.
