Join Eric and I as we discuss where the idea of Barbarians of California came from, and how it was to try and pay homage to a genre that inspired the members to go back to their roots.

Eric and I dive a bit deeper into his career as a producer/engineer/mixer and how he traverses wearing so many different hats in the studio and navigating the various demands of each project, as well as the artists.

We talk about how Eric is able to keep up with all the latest things going on in the music landscape, from ever-changing ways media is consumed, to the various ways music is made and produced now.

He also shares an amusing anecdote about "Sail" by AWOLNATION and much more in this chat.

Intro Music:
