Erin Woodruff always wanted to own her own business, though she wasn’t sure exactly when and how this would happen.

Shortly after graduating college, she decided to go for it and began building a business focused on time management. But soon after, her newlywed marriage faced communication struggles, and this experience helped her refocus her passion on communications.

Once she allowed herself to focus on the power of communications and allowed herself the freedom to pivot her business model, things started to come together. Today, Erin is a coach specializing in supporting high-achieving women married to introverts.
