Today I speak with Madeline Enos, Head of Marketing at Included, which is a DEI technology company helping organizations meet and exceed their diversity, equity and inclusion goals.
What really stood out to me in this conversation was the importance of inclusion in a workforce and how it leads to better business results. Specific input metrics to those business results include:
Employee Retention
Attraction of Great Talent
Innovation
Something else that stuck out to me in this discussion was noting that the path to a head of marketing or CMO role seems to come from a diversity of experiences. Madeline and I get into those specifics as well.
Lastly, if you are interested in learning more about this topic, check out episode 11 of the show in which I spoke to Dr. Eden King, Professor of Psychology at Rice University.
