Change is inevitable, but it is not always welcomed. We are constantly evolving and shifting; our cells are regenerating, and our emotions are ping-ponging between happiness, sadness, grief, or heartbreak. Nothing is permanent, but it takes time for shifts to happen.

In today’s episode Jaime Gennaro, business coach and consultant, talks through the importance of allowing these shifts to happen while not rushing them. We can’t control the pace at which change will happen, but we can sink into and reflect on the shifts.

Leaders who want to elevate or level up, need to have patience as they work through the process. They also need focus and discipline not to give up when things get hard, or painful.

How can you lean into the shifts instead of resisting them? Tune in to find out.
