Penn State football is gearing up for another season of hosting recruits at home during the 2025 season. While there are still loose ends in the Class of 2026, the team will focus heavily on 2027 to get a jump on the recruiting process for the next cycle. While we're in the middle of a two-month dead period, Ryan Snyder has been working ahead to secure the names of players who plan to attend Penn State in the fall. He's also been interviewing players to get to know their stories ahead of the mad dash to January. Penn State loses out in 2027 QB Dominoes

Penn State Class of 2027 target Peter Bourque was a regular in Happy Valley over the last two summers. The New England native attended several camps and was clearly the team's top quarterback target for the upcoming cycle. It was a recruitment that most Penn State fans should have felt good about.

Then, suddenly, Bourque committed to Michigan earlier this week. Or, at least that's how it felt. We'll discuss the situation with Snyder and what his read of Penn State's most recent QB recruiting loss means for the program. Where does the team turn next? We'll dive into the dominoes that are now falling for the top remaining targets for the next cycle.

Also, after trying to recruit two quarterbacks for the last two cycles, can the team rebound and find two passers to join the ranks of the Nittany Lions signal callers?
