Why do I say this? In the last Tip for Tuesday we talked about not getting caught up in the comparison trap with colleagues or people you view as competitors. Other agents are attracting certain types of clients, so it is important for you to be clear on the clients you would like to attract. This goes beyond "buyer or seller demographic".
