**The in-person race has been rescheduled to November 6 in Ottawa and participants have until November 7 to complete the virtual race.** For the first time, the Canada Army Run is both virtual and in-person. Anyone, anywhere can participate! Major Lesley Quinlan, Race Director for the Canada Army Run, explains all the details about how you can sign up and show your support for two of our military charities, Soldier On and Support Our Troops.
