Hey Carpool Crew! Whether you’re off to a summer sleepover or winding down with popsicles after a long day, I’m Pastor Justin—and today’s episode is all about shining. Not with glitter or glow sticks, but with the love of Jesus from the inside out.

📖 Verse of the Day: Matthew 5:16 (CSB)
“In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven.”

This verse comes from Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount, one of His most famous teachings. Back then, when nights were pitch black without electricity, light made a huge difference. And Jesus told His followers, You are that light.

💡 In today’s episode, your kids will learn:
– What it means to shine like Jesus
– Why small acts of love and kindness matter
– How their choices can help others see God
– That they don’t have to be loud or famous to make a big impact

✨ Real-Life Ways to Shine:
– Smile at someone nervous
– Help a friend at camp or school
– Do chores without complaining
– Say “thank you,” forgive, and pray for others
– Show kindness, even when it’s hard

📣 What Would Jesus Say?
If Jesus was riding in the backseat with you, He’d say: You don’t need a spotlight to shine. Just live with love, and people will see me through you.
