Read along with our chosen scripture: Romans 3:19–20, 23 If you can see your failure and mess, you can see God. To recognize one is to acknowledge the other. In this episode of our new series "Crash and Burn," we dive deep into the concept of being a "hot mess." From its military origins to its modern interpretation as an "attractive disaster," we explore how many of us navigate life while feeling like we're falling apart on the inside. Join us as we discuss the common ground we all share: failure. Whether it's relational, financial, or personal, we all experience messes in our lives. This episode encourages us to recognize that we are not alone in our struggles and that acknowledging our failures can be the first step toward healing and wholeness. We'll also touch on the importance of empathy and grace, especially within the church community, and how understanding our own mess can help us support others. Tune in to discover how your failures and messes can lead to a deeper understanding of yourself and an invitation to experience God's presence in your life. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are an alternative to church as usual. Our Sunday worship service is approximately a 75-minute experience designed to introduce people to the message of Jesus and equip believers to live their lives in response to the Gospel while their kids enjoy one of our safe children's environments. Centerpoint is designed to meet you wherever you are on the journey whether you are just checking out the "church thing" or you are a committed Christ follower. Centerpoint is a casual environment that combines today's music with creative media and relevant teaching. We hope you will visit us at Centerpoint Church regardless of what your past church experience has looked like.
