In this episode, I’m joined by New Testament scholar and author James Snapp Jr. to tackle the controversy surrounding the so-called "long ending" of Mark’s Gospel—Mark 16:9–20.

This was originally intended to be a single episode, but as we dug deeper into Snapp’s responses and the overwhelming amount of evidence he brings to the table, it became clear this needed to be a two-parter.

Part One is focused on directly responding to the claims made by Wes Huff in his recent video arguing against the authenticity of Mark 16:9–20.

Part Two (coming soon) will feature a full presentation from James Snapp Jr. as he lays out his positive case for why the long ending is original—complete with manuscript data, early church references, and more.

Whether you’re a Bible nerd, a church history fan, or just curious about one of the most debated New Testament passages, this is an episode you won’t want to miss.
