Welcome back to another episode of Chasing the Apex! Today I'm sitting down with Tino Belli, an engineer with a wealth of experience in the IndyCar series. Tino started out his career working at March Engineering, reporting directly to the famed Adrian Newey. While at March, he worked on the team's IndyCar, Formula 3000, and Road Rallying programs. He then transitioned to F1, designing the Fondmetal and Larousse cars. However, he soon returned to IndyCar, working with the team now known as Andretti Autosport. Since 2014 Tino has worked for the governing body of IndyCar. He has been in charge of large projects like the universal aerokit in 2018 and the introduction of the aeroscreen. I hope you enjoy my conversation with Tino!
