Gaby Jordan is the CEO of Source Elements Group and the President and Founder of Human Better EDU. She empowers executives and their teams to align cultures and achieve exponential business results.
With over 25 years of experience as an executive life coach, she has coached leaders in major companies and led the education division of a prominent coaching company.
Gaby's dedication to education began at a young age, inspired by her single mother’s efforts. She was the first in her family to attend college and law school.
Gaby founded Human Better EDU to continue her vision of transformative education. She has led programs in over 80 universities and institutions, including MIT, LSE, Stanford, NYU, and Columbia.
Her approach fosters responsible community members by bringing agency and tools to students’ lives. Gaby lives in NYC with her husband Robert, where they enjoy making music together as singers.
