The combined firm manages more than 13 million square feet of property, including retail stores, office towers and cancer centers. Withers has been among the state's most active commercial real estate brokers at Lee and previously NAI Carolantic. Baker helped build Lundy into a regional leader. They discussed the state's real estate market with David Mildenberg of Business North Carolina.
