Exciting news! Just in time for Panamanian Heritage Month this May, I have a new podcast episode dropping soon! It feels like perfect timing, a beautiful alignment of energy. I'm thrilled to be joined by the incredibly talented Chef and soon-to-be Dr. Yadira Stamp!

Chef Yadira Stamp is a Panamanian culinary expert specializing in authentic Panamanian cuisine. Author of the wonderful cookbook "Panama on a Plate," Chef Yadira shares over 50 of her most beloved recipes, including fantastic gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. Her cooking beautifully blends the vibrant flavors of Latin America and the Caribbean, featuring popular dishes like empanadas, tamales, and plantains.

Also, a bit about me: Yovy Daniels, founder of Alkiria Media Branding Consulting, will discuss her mission to advocate for Afrolatinx stories and the importance of representation. I'm passionate about female empowerment, higher education, and emotional intelligence. Through university lectures, I aim to highlight the Afro-Latinx experience and its contributions to pop culture, along with focusing on social justice. As a producer, host of two podcasts, and native Spanish speaker, I'm thrilled to participate.
