In today’s show, I’m introducing you to Julia Cameron’s “morning pages” from her Artist’s Way book. They are three pages of longhand, stream of consciousness writing, ideally done first thing shortly after you wake up. This morning habit can help you break free from the negative thinking and cultivate a positive mindset before 9am!
