Retired US Air Force cybersecurity expert, Chris Hannifin, finds himself at the center of a potential economic espionage scandal in San Antonio, Texas. His company, DefendIT Services, is under suspected of being a front for the selling of sensitive information to foreign state actors, and brokers. Hannifin's previous employment at companies handling classified government information, such as EY, RSM and SiloTech makes him a prime target for foreign state actors seeking to access U.S. secrets.
