Sometimes we look for answers in the wrong places. We would realise that most are right in front of us if only we learned to recognise the signs. How often do you really listen to your body and your spirit to find your balance in life? In this episode, we chat with Karel Waked who followed the signs and decided to leave the hospitality industry to become a practitioner of Ayurveda teachings and is currently also studying to become a Doula. Go for a walk and immerse yourself in this episode, as she shares her journey, her lessons and valuable tips on how to start feeling more connected to yourself and to nature. Because as she says " Nature plays a central role in our pursuit of happiness and complete balance. "
