Psalm 40 becomes the heart of this discussion—a song of being lifted from the pit of despair. Alongside this powerful passage, we hear a testimony of God's faithfulness in the midst of long, painful struggles. Just as David cried out and was heard, we’re reminded that God sees, sustains, and restores—even when the waiting is long.
