A Clare vet is urging pet owners not to take their dog for a walk in the peak of a hot day. With the pleasant conditions set to stick with us for the coming days, your furry friend could become overheated very quickly and suffer heat stroke. Pet owners are encouraged to be on the lookout for signs including heavy breathing, panting and drooling.
