In this week’s episode I dive into a subject that can easily be dismissed as being elementary, common since, not deep enough, fill in the blank. But I must say that it’s as important as anything else I can share with you. I will be exploring and sharing with you 10 ways to reignite your passion on 2025 by simply keeping this very childlike characteristic going inside you every day. It’s something that has kept me going for a long time and still does to this day.

Quote of the week: “If you can’t figure out your purpose, figure out your passion. For your passion will lead you right into your purpose.” — T.D. Jakes

Points covered that keep you from reigniting your passion:

Belief they already "know enough"

Focus on routine over exploration

Overwhelmed by responsibilities

Negative experiences with curiosity in the past

Over-reliance on technology for answers

Assumption that curiosity is only for the young

Focus on immediate survival needs

Burnout or fatigue

Mental health challenges

Unresolved past traumas

Fear of being "wrong"

Lack of time for reflection

Over-attachment to traditional knowledge

Disinterest in others’ perspectives

Age-related stereotypes

Fear of disrupting the status quo

Unresolved childhood conditioning

Over-focus on linear career paths

Social media echo chambers

Over-scheduling of life
