Matt Brandmeyer and I wrestled in the state finals my senior year of High School. It was a pivotal time and match for both of us and its outcome meant different, yet similar things for the both of us. We watch the match together and reminisce about the match itself, what led up to it, the past, the present. Matt is now a successful Trauma therapist specializing in developmental trauma and a social worker. He's also a good dude. This conversation was a long time coming.
