This week, we’re welcoming back Chris and Andrew from Brightstone Property for Part 2 of their journey! We last caught up with them in December 2023 in the episode The Surprises and Successes of Commercial Property Investing, just before they opened their first CMO building. Now, a just over a year later, they’re reflecting on the rollercoaster ride of successfully developing and letting this mutilet building.
