The corona virus pandemic has everyone on high alert, including the technology industry. In tense times people need to be extra aware of hackers and security breaches, according to Phil Burnett and Charles Hughes of High Wire Networks. Security and incident response expert Mike Semel joins CompTIA Community Leader Miles Jobgen to discuss the release of a new resource from the IT Security Community, the Incident Response Planning Guide. “I see a lot of mistakes happening and the risks are higher than ever,” Semel said. “MSPs and solution providers, even if you’re not using the managed services model, you need to know how to deal with these situations not just for your client but for yourself.” Listen as Semel shares his insight into common problems he has seen solution providers encounter as well as how to avoid them.
