How often have you tried changing a behaviour or habit unsuccessfully?

How many times have you tried being a morning person, eating more veggies, eating less chocolate or giving up coffee (guilty)?

The problem, much like with a brooding chicken, is not the BEHAVIOUR itself. That's just the effect.

The problem is the mental and emotional states you habitually find yourself in that CAUSE(or do not cause) those behaviours to occur naturally.

This is one of the fundamental premises of NLP psychology, and today you're going to find out how to avoid being a hapless victim of your biology, just like the brooding chicken.
