Welcome to another episode of "CONNECTED" where we discuss all things mental health, recovery, employment, and stories. In support of Suicide Awareness Week, Connections House has brought on a special guest to help discuss her field of work within Mental Health and her own personal story surrounding suicide. Savannah is the Clinical outreach Manger covering parts of Northern CA at Charlie Health.
A brief intro about Charlie Health, they are a nationwide organization that provides individuals with the support and treatment they need to manage their mental health issues and achieve lasting recovery. They use evidence-based approaches to care such as Art & Music Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and so much more.
