Jenna puts it like this, "Becoming intimate and knowing yourself can help you recenter and reroot to your core & experiences when you are in the thralls of codependency. People have a lot to offer us, even when we think we have more to offer them. Learning to get comfortable giving and receiving intimacy can happen slowly and in tiny ways.
