It's ok to release a previous version of you...no matter how wonderful you thought she was. Making room for the new version of you is brave and it requires intention. But healing and wholeness come in the release AND the embrace of all the parts of you. Lena Watt's story will inspire you to live in gratitude for the "Pedestal Me" while enjoying the beauty and power of the "Today Me", right now, in this very moment.

Get Connected with Lena Watt:

Hello, my name is Lena Watt of Inner Compass Yoga.
Yoga isn’t something I do, it’s a way of being, not something to try to attain, reach for or seek outside of ourselves. This path begins inwardly with the self. I have been practicing yoga for 22 years now and teaching it for over 9 years. I strongly believe in the teachings and wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda, which have been a large part of my healing journey. On a very simple and basic level, we are nature, we are not separate, we are all interconnected. Through different mindfulness, ayurvedic, and yoga therapy practices and tools, I hope to help empower individuals through self-love and acceptance to connect deeper with their hearts, their intuition, and their own innate wisdom and ability to heal.
