When you’ve been really fat, you know the lies better than anyone—because you’ve told them to yourself a thousand times.

⚠️ “I’ll start tomorrow.”
⚠️ “This one cheat meal won’t hurt.”
⚠️ “I’m just too busy today.”
⚠️ “I deserve this treat.”

I get it. I lived it. At my heaviest, I was 365 pounds with a 65-inch waist. I wasn’t just carrying weight—I was carrying years of broken promises, denial, and addiction. And let me be real with you:

👉 If you've never been fat, you don't know the battle.
👉 If you've never been addicted, you don’t know the mind games.

I knew every trick. Every excuse. Every lie that kept me stuck. Hunger wasn’t just a feeling—it was a force that drove me straight to junk food. The promise to “do better tomorrow” was a trap I fell for too many times.

But I broke the cycle. And it wasn’t because of motivation or a trendy diet. It was through discipline, planning, and fasting.

⚔️ Fasting taught me I wasn’t a slave to cravings.
⚔️ Planning my days helped me fight temptations before they struck.
⚔️ Forgiveness helped me start over faster when I slipped.

And trust me, I slipped—a lot. But here’s what I learned: it’s not about being perfect. It’s about how fast you get back on track. One bad meal doesn’t have to turn into a bad week. Mess up? Own it. Forgive it. Move on.

Being an honorably retired public servant taught me discipline, but my toughest battle wasn’t on the job—it was inside my own mind. Food addiction is real. Cravings are real. And the lies we tell ourselves are the hardest to fight. But here’s the truth…

💥 You are stronger than your cravings.
💥 You are stronger than your excuses.
💥 You are stronger than you think.

I’m still fighting every day. I’m not "fit"—but I’m fitter. I’m still learning, still battling. But I’ve proven that it’s possible to transform—physically, mentally, emotionally.
