In this episode, I talk about the importance of truly taking ownership in business. For me, that means understanding every part of the operation—not just the parts I enjoy or the ones I’m good at. I share some of my own experiences, like how waking up early has been a game-changer for my productivity and why being versatile as a business owner matters so much.
I also take it back to my very first job in a sushi restaurant, where I learned lessons that still shape how I run my businesses today. At the core of this episode, I encourage you to look closely at your business, identify where the vulnerabilities are, and be proactive about fixing them. Success really comes down to knowing every element of your business and taking responsibility for it.
