Jason is a former Washington State high school state wrestling champion for Ferndale High School, as well as a college wrestler. He is a competitive masters Crossfitter and loves workout with the i1uvit and other communities!
In this Part 1 interview, Jason and I talk about his introduction to CrossFit, his first experiences in CrossFit bootcamp, his love for CrossFit Games athlete Mitchel Stevenson, who introduced Jason to CrossFit and more!
We talk further about his life, the challenges he's experienced and his new marriage and wife, Karen. We talk about family, our grown children and our grandchildren (Jason has six grandchildren)
