We're almost halfway through 2025, and in this episode, Michelle takes Lee through a six-month review, looking back at where she started the year and looking forward to where she'd like to be at the end of the year. If you'd like to do your review, here are the questions Michelle uses:

  1. Have my priorities changed since the beginning of the year?
  2. When I look back on the last six months, what am I grateful for?
  3. What am I tolerating?
  4. What am I doing when I feel like I'm adding the most value?
  5. Are there any activities where my investment (of any resource - time/money/energy/emotions) outweighs the return on that investment?
  6. Am I aligning with my personal values?
  7. Whose support do I need and who can I support?
  8. What else would I like to learn this year?
  9. Where can I make a difference in the next six months?
  10. What will I stop doing? What will I start doing? What will I continue doing?
