In this episode we have Phuoc Nguyen aka Nguyen who I had the pleasure of serving with at 3 assignments in the Air Force.
I remember having conversations with him about his goal to become a pilot. He applied to transfer to the Army as a Warrant Officer but was passed over, he overcame that road block decided to go Guard and pursue his passion to become a pilot, which involved changing the life he knew and going back home to Massachusetts to pursue his degree in Aviation.
We get into him stealing a plane and running ops in the Horn of Africa.
Earning the title of First Officer and I couldn’t be more proud to see him follow his dream through.
