Adrienne N. Spires is CEO of Lapis Analytic Consulting, a Public Voices Fellow on Domestic Violence and Economic Security with The OpEd Project, and author of Roaring Resilience: Finding Grit in the Lion’s Den.

Adrienne, originally from Illinois, holds an MS in Education Administration from Eastern Illinois University. With over two decades of experience, her career has been dedicated to nonprofit work promoting racial, economic, and gender equity. Her efforts primarily target preventing and addressing interpersonal violence, domestic violence, sexual assault, mental health issues, and children’s mental health.

Beyond her professional achievements, Adrienne proudly identifies herself as a wife, mother, and grandmother, highlighting the personal roles that bring her joy and fulfillment. Her commitment to education and social change is evident through her proactive engagement in organizing, networking, and collaborating with various stakeholders and individuals.
