Are We Responsible for Others?: Deuteronomy 22-25
Manage episode 491437425 series 3382770
I'd love to hear from you, text me your thoughts!
We know God calls us to love our neighbor…
But does that mean we’re responsible for their health?
Their choices?
Their outcomes?
It’s a tricky line.
Some take on too much—neglecting their own calling to try and “save” others.
Others care so little for themselves, they’re not equipped to care for anyone else.
📖 God’s Word calls us to a middle ground:
Compassion without control.
Care without codependency.
Responsibility for ourselves first—so we’re strong enough to love others well.
In today’s episode, I’m exploring what Scripture says about community, stewardship, and staying in the lane God gave you.
